For the purpose of effectively implying all the provisions specified in the Measures of Supervision and Administration of Inspection and Quarantine of Import and Export Cosmetics (hereinafter referred to as the Measures), and to ensure quality and safety of import and export cosmetics, the following issues are announced hereby by AQSIQ on July 30th 2012:
